Have you heard that before? "Pain is weakness leaving the body."
I have been doing alot of physical activity (working out at Curves, playing soccer, remodeling-painting) and I am so sore! SO I keep telling myself this over and over again to sort of help myself deal with the painful thighs, sore shoulders, and aching muscles.
Hopefully I can continue to stay physical and it will all flee me!
